What I notice first about others is their style. I can tell by just looking at someone what their style and fashion sense is.  I love sitting down at a busy place and seeing people walk by and seeing what they are wearing. Another thing I notice n women is their makeup, is it too much, just right, or not enough? When I was nine years old a saw a movie “Clueless” which was a big hit back in 1995. It totally inspired me, they way I look at fashion and beauty changed forever. I used to be a tom boy with little to no interest in the “girly” things until I saw this movie. I have to honest I have probably watched the movie at least 20 times in 1995 alone. My personal style evolved into what it is to day, thanks to “Cher” and “Dion”!

I get inspired by others sense of style it also inspires how I blog about trends. It amazing how two people can wear the same item and dress it up or down and completely and have different looks. Sitting somewhere like a shopping mall or park is a great place to find inspiration. I find that to find your own unique sense of style you need to notice what others are wearing to get inspired. It’s amazing how much you notice in others without even realizing it! Breast feeding is great for baby but it also has benefits for mom. Healthy Diet Tips for Breast Feeding Moms is my way of discussing what I learned so far. When I was pregnant I decided to breast feed my baby but, what I didn’t know was much more closely I would need to watch my diet after pregnancy. I pretty assumed that I could eat whatever I wanted, boy was I wrong! I soon learned that certain foods make my baby gassy and fussy. I have had to avoid anything gassy such as beans and certain veggies and also cut out spicy foods. Another thing to avoid is caffeine. I suggest cutting back to one cup,some women can get away with two cups.  Avoiding alcohol is a no brainer, but you can still enjoy the occasional drink without it affecting your milk but, if you had more then one drink and want to test to see if alcohol got into your milk simply test with Milkscreenstrips.

Most women who are breastfeeding need about an extra 500 calories daily than moms who aren’t, and baby consumes about 650 calories a day so that leaves a deficient of 150 so your body will slowly lose weight. Don’t. Everyone wants to be noticed and be told they are beautiful. There is something that every girl does to get noticed. For me I have have always been told I have big beautiful brown eyes, so when I want to get noticed I always play up my eyes. I love using earth tones on my face. I would say my tip for getting your eyes to stand out and make me get noticed is creating a “smokey eye”. Here are my tips for creating a brown smoky eye:

• Apply a beige/ champagne-colored creamy shadow all over eyelid
• Apply bronze shadow on eye crease
•  apply darker brown shadow on the crease and outer eye lid
• Then blend in with a brush
•  Apply a white mineral shadow to the  brow bone and inner corners of the eye.
• Apply black liquid liner on the upper lash line, and apply the bronze shadow to lower eyelid
• Apply Blackest Black mascara

When I play up my eyes I always minimize color on my cheeks and lips and vice versa. I like to switch things up a bit too. I like bring attention to my lips as well. I like wearing bright colors like fushia and red, but when I do I tone down my eyes to balance out the look. This season it’s all about bright lips. Here are my tips to get smooth lips:

• Exfoliate your lips at least once per week with a lip scrub
• Apply lip balm before applying lip stick
• Use a moisturizing lipstick
• Use lip liner
• in the center of your lips swipe a little bit of lip gloss
