Essential oils are the essence of life! Many of us underestimate the power of essential oils! An oil is “essential” in the sense that it carries a distinctive scent, or essence, of the plant. Essential oils have aromatherapy and medical properties. They can make you feel so much better, no drugs required! You can add a few drops to a bath, put a couple of droplets into an oil burner, or you can mix essential oils with a carrier oil (like jojoba), & massage it into your skin! When it comes to picking oils, it depends of what type of healing you are looking for or what scents you enjoy. Many celebs actually use essential oils in place of perfume.
