I was estatic  because I know the quality in Therabreath products, so I had high standards for this new product. The probiotic is very  easy to use. A tube of the powdered probiotic is dissolved in a small amount of water after brushing . Use 2x a day for best results.  Swish for one minute and then  spit out. Then gargle for thirty seconds with the remaining amount and spit. The taste of the probiotic was very pleasant it taste like crystal light lemonade. Overall, I was very pleased using this product. I did notice that my breath was fresher and less plaque on my teeth. I think the longer you use this product the better your results will be.

How to use Probiotic:

DIRECTIONS

1. Dissolve One packet of Probiotic Treatment in approximately 2 oz. of water. Let sit while you do the following…
2. Brush teeth with the included Therabreath toothpaste.
3. Rinse mouth with half of the Probiotic Treatment mixture for 60 seconds and spit out. (it actually has a good flavor)
4. Gargle with the remainder of the Probiotic Treatment mixture for about 30 seconds and spit out.
